creation of IT systems is the specification of requirements. The success of an
IT analysis or consultation is based on the ability to accurately identify
needs, the ability to be quickly orientated
in complex issues and create comprehensible IT system specifications in accordance
with the customer's needs.
A high-quality analysis will reduce not only the
costs associated with development, implementation and testing, but also the
subsequent costs of operation and further development of the system. Quality
documentation is also necessary for the later ability to quickly and cheaply
adapt information systems to new requirements.
