Managed Services (entrusted management), or outsourcing, are highly effective ways of ensuring IT needs for a whole range of entities in which the customer's key activities are directly or indirectly dependent on the information system and IT infrastructure.

The IT infrastructure plays an indispensable role for a number of activities,, key customer activities often depend on it. Therefore, even in the environment of the smallest organizations, high requirements are set for the functionality, availability and performance of IT systems.

If the entity is not directly engaged in the IT field, the administration and maintenance of IT systems usually means the establishment of an operational IT department, which is associated with high operating costs, investment expenses and administrative burden.

An alternative to the traditional approach is to use the services of a specialized IT company, which takes over all operational IT activities in the form of entrusted administration or outsourcing.

WV SYSTEMS will provide a portfolio of daily operational services and guarantee operability according to the agreed system availability plan - SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Entrusted management of networks, servers, PCs, printers and other IT technologies represents the provision of a regular service including system management, maintenance, remote supervision and hotline over all designated systems that remain the property of the contracting company.

Outsourcing

Outsourcing represents the delivery of services in which the services of technical management, maintenance, remote supervision and hot-line are integrated with the provision of the necessary HW and SW infrastructure as part of the service.

The necessary technological infrastructure is the property of WV SYSTEMS and the customer uses only its technological functions.
